Leader in the production of electronic and electromechanical components for the Automotive, Agriculture and Off-Highway markets, MTA has been relying on ACS know-how and experience for years to guarantee the reliability of its products through the tests carried out in its laboratories.
Reliability is the cornerstone of MTA's business and the fundamental requirement for its products. Through long and accurate testing procedures, they provide their customers with the complete know-how of each component, from design to validation, clearly improving the time to market.
MTA - Advanced Automotive Solutions confirms its trust in ACS through the supply of climatic chambers for the new test laboratory in Morocco, capable of performing electrical, mechanical and environmental tests for control units.

The ability to perform climatic and thermostatic tests in the smallest of spaces. Ideal for testing small components and products with limited dimensions, the DY110 is a benchtop model that offers a complete configuration and the same performance as a traditional climatic chamber.
ESS tests ensure that possible defects, which normally emerge during the useful life of the product, are discovered in the test phase before production begins.
To carry out the Air-to-Air Thermal Shock tests, MTA has chosen the "spinner" from the standard ACS range.
The CST130/2T "spinner" chamber consists of two test chambers
- hot chamber, equipped with an air treatment complete with fan, heaters, temperature probe and thermostat.
- cold chamber, equipped with an air treatment complete with fan, heaters, evaporator, temperature probe and thermostat.
The specimen moves between the two chambers by means of a motorised system connected by a screw rod.
The chamber selected by MTA has a temperature range of -70 to +180°C with a gradient of 10k per min and humidity ranging from 10% to 95%.
