It combines the speed of the ticketing model with the reliability of the ACS Service in order to better manage the help desk and technical assistance processes, from the first contact to the resolution of the problem.

Is ACS CUSTOMER CARE&SERVICE free?

The use of ACS CUSTOMER CARE&SERVICE is free and secure for all our customers.

How does ACS CUSTOMER CARE&SERVICE work?

Fill in the contact form at the top of this page. You will receive an email with the credentials and instructions for direct access to ACS CUSTOMER CARE&SERVICE where you can submit your request in a few simple steps: just one log-in for all your needs.

Once logged in, you can select the type of intervention from the list of possible options:

  • SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUEST
  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT
  • QUOTATION AND PROPOSAL
  • MANUALS

Once the request has been sent, a ticket will be automatically opened and assigned to the relevant office, which will handle it in the shortest possible time.

You can check the progress of the ticket at any time.
